Dr. Jang is the former attending Physician of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University Hospital. He received his D.D.S. and M.D.S. degrees in South Korea, where he trained in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. His residency of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry was followed at New York University Dental Hospital, New York, USA. His expertise covers dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant, bone grafting (lateral and vertical sinus graft, guided bone regeneration, block graft and etc), wisdom teeth extraction, and infection treatment.
He has many experiences to treat failed implant cases or maxillary sinusitis cases due to maxillary sinus membrane perforation referred from other dental offices.
He is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. He is also an active member of Academy of Osseointegration.
